Maintains, repairs, upgrades, and improves semiconductor fabrication equipment. Coaches equipment personnel, manages preventive maintenance schedules, tracks downtime and spare parts, supports production uptime, interfaces with vendors and contractors, documents procedures, performs FMEA and equipment fingerprinting, and supports new tool installations and upgrades. The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise, semiconductor manufacturing experience, high-vacuum and laser system knowledge, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Manages and grows relationships with key account customers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Responsibilities include overseeing sales and support activities, serving as the primary customer contact, negotiating pricing and agreements, closing orders, coordinating internal information, maintaining CRM records, building technical product knowledge, and supporting marketing activities and trade shows. Regular customer travel and strong collaboration across teams are required.

Plans and manages manufacturing projects involving new product production, process improvement, plant layout, product transfers, cost reduction, and lean manufacturing. Coordinates project teams, tracks progress and risks, maintains documentation, escalates issues, and ensures projects meet quality, schedule, budget, and productivity goals. Supports SYNCHRO activities, standardized procedures, and value stream mapping to improve product flow.
