Provides SAP consulting and second-level support for procurement and logistics processes. Manages incidents, requests, and demands; drives continuous improvement and global S/4HANA implementation activities. Builds and supports the local SAP Key User community, coordinates with business process managers and IT architects, and develops training documentation. Requires experience with SAP SD and MM in manufacturing, third-party shipping systems such as ShipERP, returns processing with ARM, and international project implementation.

Provides on-site and remote technical support for sheet metal processing and laser machines. Troubleshoots, repairs, and diagnoses equipment issues; trains customers on machine operation and basic repairs; collaborates with internal technical teams; documents service activities; and manages tools, vehicles, equipment, and parts inventory. Requires customer communication, independent scheduling, occasional overnight travel, physical lifting, and safe operation of forklifts or overhead cranes.

Serves as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, visitors, and employee support. Manages onboarding and offboarding, employment eligibility documents, HR correspondence, employee files, scheduling, data entry, ticketed HR cases, and knowledge base content. Produces HR reports and metrics, documents procedures, improves HR processes, and supports leadership initiatives. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, adaptability, and at least two years of HR administration experience.
