Run and manage customer laser application trials and demonstrations, support complex application projects, communicate with customers and sales, act as internal materials-science consultant, set up and operate TRUMPF equipment, write reports and statements of work, and maintain lab equipment and processes to support pre-sales and long-term customer development.

As a Mechanical Install Engineer Level 1 you will mechanically assemble, install and commission Drive Laser systems in a cleanroom at the customer site, perform alignment and pressure-drop tests, connect utilities and electrical interfaces, do first-line troubleshooting, document progress, and participate in training to develop into a Level 2 engineer.

Present and sell TRUMPF software solutions by evaluating customer requirements, conducting demos/webinars, simulating customer parts, managing sales opportunities from quote to close, supporting trade shows, and performing competitive analysis. Travel within USMCA ~15%.
