The Technical Account Manager will act as the key liaison between TRULEO and partner agencies, ensuring successful platform implementation, user training, technical support, and collaboration for product improvement, requiring 75% travel.

Lead post-sale strategy and team to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and net revenue retention for public-safety customers. Run renewals, support expansion with Sales, refine customer health scoring, improve onboarding, act as executive sponsor for top accounts, and hire and coach the Customer Success team. Must be hands-on and travel to customer sites.

Own deployment, support, and operational success of TRULEO connectors and AI agents. Lead customer onboarding, coordinate with customer IT to install and configure agents, troubleshoot networking/authentication/credential issues, monitor connector health, escalate and document engineering issues, optimize deployments, and improve processes and automation to increase uptime and speed time-to-value.
