The role involves presenting and selling EspacesVerts programs and services, following up with customers, and understanding their needs. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

Perform lawn maintenance and client-facing landscaping duties, operate vehicles and equipment, follow company standards for punctuality, quality, and customer service, and pass background and driving record checks.

Provide regional field technical leadership for branch operations by coaching technicians and branch managers, ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance, optimizing chemical and equipment use, developing training and customer programs, supporting sales/tenders, and liaising with suppliers, vendors, academia and industry groups. Conduct branch visits, ride-alongs, program assessments, and supplier evaluations to improve service quality and financial performance.
