Supports social media content planning, writing, editing, scheduling, multimedia creation, community engagement, performance reporting, and marketing campaign execution across major social platforms. Collaborates with the Growth Marketing Team to strengthen brand presence, increase engagement, and maintain consistent messaging. This is an 11-week, paid, fully onsite internship in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with housing available for eligible interns.

Supports Personal Lines account management and life and health insurance administration by updating client and carrier systems, processing quotes and policy changes, following up on applications, maintaining client relationships, meeting deadlines, attending client meetings, and accurately entering information. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and customer service skills, with the ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license within 30 days if needed.

Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including generalist and real estate clients. Responsibilities include overseeing renewals, marketing new and renewal business, maintaining client and carrier relationships, preparing client meeting materials, analyzing data, coordinating internal resources, ensuring regulatory and service compliance, and mentoring account staff. The role requires commercial insurance experience, a Property & Casualty license, strong customer service and analytical skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and insurance agency management systems.
