Responsible for financial reporting and accounting activities for U.S. and Philippine entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, intercompany transactions, foreign currency revaluations, accounts payable, tax compliance, audits, and financial statement preparation. Leads month-end and year-end close, supports ERP implementations, strengthens internal controls, mentors junior AP staff, and drives automation and process improvements. Manage B2B customer accounts across the Eastern region, selling TrueNAS storage solutions and developing long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include generating portfolio growth, communicating the company value proposition, managing technical sales cycles from lead through close and support, and serving as a trusted advisor. The role is remote, with preference for candidates in specified Eastern and Midwestern states, and requires travel up to 25%.

Execute hardware qualification and system testing for enterprise storage products. Build and configure servers, run Python and shell test scripts, validate storage, networking, firmware, BIOS/UEFI, BMC/IPMI, and recovery behaviors, and troubleshoot hardware and OS issues. Document results, reproduce failures, support manufacturing test procedures, and collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, and support teams.
