Owns TrueLoyal’s loyalty expertise across program design, economics, market analysis, AI enablement, product roadmap input, and public thought leadership. The role develops loyalty standards, models liability and redemption economics, advises clients, shapes product priorities, trains AI systems, and represents the company in conferences, media, analyst discussions, and sales engagements.

Design and own one product surface (UGC or Loyalty): craft admin and member experiences, prototype in Figma and AI tools, collaborate with engineers on delivery, contribute to design systems, document releases, support customer-facing operations, and help prioritize the product backlog.

Serve as the strategic, executive-level point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Build multi-threaded executive relationships, develop tailored Success Plans and QBR/EBR narratives, align platform value to clients' marketing goals and MarTech stacks, own renewal lifecycle, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
