Build and maintain scalable full-stack payroll software across frontend, backend, databases, and system architecture. Own features from design through production, make architectural decisions, integrate payroll, billing, HR, and enterprise systems, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex technology and business initiatives from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements; coordinating cross-functional teams; managing risks, dependencies, scope changes, stakeholders, and executive communications; and ensuring quality delivery aligned with organizational goals. The role oversees multiple initiatives in enterprise environments and supports Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Own and scale a backend platform spanning PHP/Laravel APIs, Python services, AWS infrastructure, databases, and client-facing schemas. Build AI-powered product features and AI coding-agent workflows, make architectural decisions, and deliver event-driven systems. Maintain AWS services and infrastructure with Terraform, including ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM, and Parameter Store. Support production operations, containerized services, relational databases, caching, security, monitoring, and incident management.
