Lead tax operations and client advisory for individuals and small businesses: review financials and tax returns, identify tax-saving opportunities, mentor staff, improve bookkeeping and QuickBooks files, manage client appointments, and help build processes and teams across multiple offices.

The Sr. Project Engineer will lead capital engineering projects, oversee technical reviews, manage equipment upgrades, and mentor team members to enhance manufacturing processes.

Prepare and review complex federal and state business and individual tax returns, manage a mix of engagements, oversee and mentor tax preparers, identify tax planning opportunities, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and collaborate with firm leadership to improve workflows and client service.
