Provides litigation and administrative support to senior attorneys, primarily on bankruptcy matters. Responsibilities include preparing and proofreading legal documents, coordinating electronic court filings, managing calendars and deadlines, maintaining case files, assisting with billing and expenses, and communicating with clients and court personnel. Requires strong organization, discretion, multitasking, and litigation support experience, with onsite Manhattan onboarding followed by a hybrid schedule.

Manages a caseload of Michigan no-fault and insurance defense matters from intake through resolution. Responsibilities include depositions, discovery, dispositive motions, case evaluation, mediation, settlement negotiations, client reporting, trial preparation, and occasional trials. The attorney will develop relationships with insurance adjusters and carrier clients while collaborating with firm attorneys. The role requires an active Michigan bar license, independent caseload management, strong litigation skills, and approximately 1,850 annual billable hours.

Supports attorneys on construction litigation and arbitration matters from case opening through resolution. Responsibilities include electronic court filings, lien preparation and recording, discovery drafting and organization, finalizing briefs and exhibits, deadline management, communication with opposing counsel, and trial or arbitration preparation. Maintains organized case files across multiple matters and manages shifting priorities while working primarily from the Henderson, Nevada office.
