Design commercial and industrial electrical power systems from concept through construction. Responsibilities include power distribution, load calculations, equipment sizing, single-line diagrams, lighting and emergency power design, arc-flash and coordination studies, Title 24 documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, construction document review, and field issue resolution. The role requires AutoCAD and Revit proficiency, NEC knowledge, onsite collaboration in Fremont, and coordination with clients, contractors, utilities, and authorities.

Manage complex state and federal commercial, construction, and government-related litigation from inception through resolution. Develop strategy, draft dispositive motions, lead depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation. Serve as second chair with first-chair opportunities, mentor junior attorneys, build client relationships, support business development, and pursue firm leadership and partnership.

Lead day-to-day accounting including general ledger, monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Build annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Strengthen controls, document processes, coordinate audits/tax/compliance, and partner with executive leadership. Supervise a part-time accounting team member, identify system and process improvements, and remain hands-on while professionalizing the finance function.
