The Associate Employment Attorney will counsel clients on employment issues, defend against claims, support litigation efforts, and draft legal documents while providing legal education.

Manage a docket of personal injury litigation from filing through resolution or trial. Develop strategy, draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions/mediations/hearings, coordinate experts, analyze medical records and damages, maintain client communication, and try cases when necessary while collaborating with firm leadership and support staff.

Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through settlement, negotiating with insurers, reviewing medical records, preparing demand packages, resolving liens, coordinating with medical providers, and preparing files for litigation when necessary while providing proactive client communication and collaborating with support staff.
