Operations Manager responsible for improving end-to-end construction and landscape operations, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, job costing, and project delivery. Leads and coaches project managers, develops workflows and operational standards, improves sales-to-execution processes, supports forecasting and strategic planning, and recommends systems for business growth. Requires experience in landscape, site development, or related construction services.

Leads the design and development of high-voltage switching power supplies, pulsed power systems, and multi-kilowatt power conversion equipment. Responsibilities span concept development, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, manufacturing support, customer deployment, and product improvement. The role requires hands-on expertise in power electronics, high-frequency switching, embedded controls, and high-voltage design, along with collaboration with semiconductor industry customers and long-term technical leadership.

Manage 4–6 concurrent commercial, industrial, and federal electrical construction projects from estimating turnover through closeout. Own budgets, forecasting, profitability, schedules, procurement, billing, change management, documentation, compliance, risk, and customer relationships. Coordinate field leadership, contractors, vendors, and federal agencies while supporting complex electrical, marine, military, controls, and specialized infrastructure projects. The role is fully onsite in Tacoma with travel to project locations as needed.
