Manage first-party property insurance matters from pre-suit through resolution, including claim evaluation, legal research, pleadings, discovery, motions, negotiations, depositions, mediations, and hearings. Communicate with clients, carriers, defense counsel, adjusters, engineers, and experts while maintaining case files and deadlines remotely. The role offers increasing case ownership, plaintiff-side insurance litigation expertise, and compensation tied to case results and origination.

Leads the design and development of high-voltage switching power supplies, pulsed power systems, and multi-kilowatt power conversion equipment. Responsibilities span concept development, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, manufacturing support, customer deployment, and product improvement. The role requires hands-on expertise in power electronics, high-frequency switching, embedded controls, and high-voltage design, along with collaboration with semiconductor industry customers and long-term technical leadership.

Manage 4–6 concurrent commercial, industrial, and federal electrical construction projects from estimating turnover through closeout. Own budgets, forecasting, profitability, schedules, procurement, billing, change management, documentation, compliance, risk, and customer relationships. Coordinate field leadership, contractors, vendors, and federal agencies while supporting complex electrical, marine, military, controls, and specialized infrastructure projects. The role is fully onsite in Tacoma with travel to project locations as needed.
