Develop strategy, draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions/mediations/hearings, coordinate experts, analyze medical records and damages, maintain client communication, and try cases when necessary while collaborating with firm leadership and support staff.

Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through settlement, negotiating with insurers, reviewing medical records, preparing demand packages, resolving liens, coordinating with medical providers, and preparing files for litigation when necessary while providing proactive client communication and collaborating with support staff.

Lead the Casper office electrical discipline, perform and review electrical design for commercial and institutional buildings, act as Engineer of Record, mentor junior staff, coordinate with project teams and contractors, support construction-phase activities, and contribute to staffing, QA/QC, and business development.
