Supports the enterprise data governance program by developing standards, improving data quality, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating remediation. Writes SQL queries to profile, validate, reconcile, and analyze data across systems. Documents data definitions, business rules, ownership, lineage, and governance decisions while partnering with business and technical stakeholders. Maintains quality monitoring processes, scorecards, issue logs, reports, procedures, and training materials.

Leads cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, and structured problem-solving. Identifies opportunities, facilitates workshops, coaches teams, develops business cases, tracks KPIs and benefits, reports results to leadership, and supports sustained change across the organization.

Manage client relationships through phone and email support, client reviews, benefit meetings, plan design, software expertise, contract finalization, and new-client implementation. Collaborate with vendors, support client recruitment and presentations, and analyze prescription data to identify cost savings. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel and requires strong Microsoft Office proficiency, organization, adaptability, and independent work skills.
