Supports executive search Partners and Principals by managing search calendars, scheduling, client and candidate communications, travel coordination, databases, documents, and expenses. Oversees daily office administration, including vendors, visitors, events, supplies, conference rooms, mail, office projects, and new-hire support. Provides a professional, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented experience for clients, candidates, and employees.

Supports executive search Partners and Principals by managing search calendars, scheduling, client and candidate communications, travel coordination, database maintenance, document creation, and expense reporting. Also manages daily office operations, vendors, events, conference rooms, supplies, mail, office moves, and new-hire preparation. The role is onsite three days per week and provides administrative support to HR as needed.

10-month, in-person London-based analyst program launching careers in executive search. Train in research, pipeline development, candidate lifecycle management, and client communication across three rotations, culminating in ownership of multiple concurrent searches and potential promotion to Associate.
