Administer corporate risk-management, loss-prevention, insurance, claims, and bonding programs. Analyze operational exposures, maintain policy and claims records, support insurance renewals and audits, coordinate with brokers and claims stakeholders, track workers’ compensation cases, prepare reports, and provide insurance documentation. Develops customer relationships and sales for oilfield equipment and supplies through in-person and phone calls. Prepares quotes, analyzes regional markets, creates sales plans, manages CRM records, resolves complaints, supports collections, and contributes to forecasts and budgets. The role is full-time and on-site in Gillette, Wyoming, with frequent collaboration among customers, vendors, store staff, and credit teams.

Oversee federal and state tax return preparation, review complex tax issues, supervise tax accountants, manage deadlines, support audits, conduct research, improve tax processes, and provide training and leadership. The role also represents the company with tax authorities, ensures compliance, processes estimated payments, and maintains confidentiality.
