Develops and executes strategies to increase donated goods through community outreach, donation drives, partnerships, and offsite collection efforts. The role manages donation events, trains employees, oversees donation bins, tracks donor and event performance, and collaborates with retail, transportation, and marketing teams. Success is measured by donor growth, donation flow, revenue contribution, and return on investment. This is a field-based role requiring local travel, relationship building, and independent project management.

Provides staff for contract roles such as janitorial, assembly, and light manufacturing. Responsibilities include completing assigned daily work to contract standards and communicating weekly with the Goodwill Business Service Director. Candidates must follow directions, communicate clearly, demonstrate kindness and patience, and work independently or collaboratively. No education or prior experience is required. Schedules and hours vary by contract, typically Monday through Friday during daytime hours.

Leads all Human Resources functions for approximately 300 employees, advising the CEO and executive team while developing people strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, compliance, HR systems, and organizational change initiatives. Oversees complex employee relations, manages the HR team and budget, strengthens manager effectiveness, and establishes workforce metrics and service delivery improvements.
