Supports marine and coastal infrastructure inspections, including underwater and waterfront assessments of piers, wharves, bulkheads, seawalls, and revetments. Coordinates with clients, contractors, and regulators while working outdoors, traveling overnight, and operating as a commercial diver.

Leads fisheries and aquatic resource projects from planning and field mobilization through analysis, reporting, regulatory support, and closeout. Provides technical direction, conducts environmental sampling and data analysis, oversees remote field programs, leads QA/QC reviews, advises clients on regulatory and permitting matters, mentors junior staff, supports proposals and estimating, and coordinates multidisciplinary technical teams.

Provides administrative and operational support for an environmental consulting office. Responsibilities include maintaining project files, coordinating schedules and field logistics, tracking vehicles and certifications, processing invoices and purchase orders, supporting billing, managing supplies, assisting proposals and onboarding, handling client and vendor inquiries, and maintaining regulatory and project records.

Provides hydrological expertise for environmental consulting and remediation projects. Responsibilities include designing and coordinating surface-water monitoring programs, conducting hydrological analysis and modeling, developing water balances and rating curves, managing and quality-controlling hydrology and meteorology datasets in AQUARIUS, supporting regulatory reports and permitting deliverables, and mentoring junior staff. The role collaborates with field, meteorology, project management, client, and regulatory teams.

Prepare survey drawings and deliverables in MicroStation for New York City and State agency projects. Process field data, create base maps and digital terrain models, maintain coordinate systems and agency standards, and produce record, easement, as-built, and legal description maps. Collaborate with survey crews, project managers, and engineers while managing files, templates, documentation, and QA/QC activities.

Leads business development for EHS and industrial hygiene consulting services, including strategic growth planning, client acquisition, key account management, contract negotiation, proposal development, and revenue targets. Builds trusted-advisor relationships, ensures client satisfaction and delivery quality, represents the company at industry events, mentors team members, reviews technical deliverables, and supports project execution and organizational leadership.

Develop conceptual, analytical, and numerical groundwater models to support environmental impact assessments, permitting, water treatment and remediation. Provide senior hydrogeological technical input and SME support, interpret aquifer tests and hydrogeological data, prepare and review technical reports, liaise with clients and regulators, lead proposal/business development, and mentor junior staff.

Lead and execute complex industrial hygiene fieldwork (asbestos, lead, mold, noise, chemical sampling), manage large multi-phase projects, perform site investigations and clearance inspections, review junior staff work, draft technical reports, mentor technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain/calibrate monitoring equipment.

Independently manage and perform asbestos, lead, mold, and IAQ monitoring and investigations; conduct site inspections and bulk sampling; develop technical reports; perform health & safety inspections; coordinate with contractors; mentor junior technicians; and occasionally work nights/weekends and travel to NJ/NY job sites.

Prepare survey deliverables for NYC and NY State agency projects, including topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, ROW, and utility surveys. Process field data, produce base maps and DTMs, ensure compliance with agency CAD standards, coordinate with field crews and engineers, and support QA/QC, proposals, and documentation.

Perform wildlife and botanical field surveys, aquatic resource delineations, data interpretation, and prepare survey reports. Provide seasonal construction monitoring for permit compliance. Work is part-time, on-call, with both office and overnight field assignments.
