Develop conceptual, analytical, and numerical groundwater models to support environmental impact assessments, permitting, water treatment and remediation. Provide senior hydrogeological technical input and SME support, interpret aquifer tests and hydrogeological data, prepare and review technical reports, liaise with clients and regulators, lead proposal/business development, and mentor junior staff.

Provide senior process engineering leadership for design, construction and commissioning of water treatment, mine water management, remediation and reclamation projects. Prepare reports, specifications, contract documents, and signed/sealed deliverables. Review drawings, prepare design packages, support risk assessments, client engagement, proposal development, travel to sites, mentor junior staff, and resolve technical issues.

Provide hydrogeological technical input across projects, design and implement groundwater studies, perform field sampling and tests, develop conceptual and numerical groundwater models, integrate groundwater data into multidisciplinary assessments and reports, and support remedial planning and environmental compliance.

Lead and execute complex industrial hygiene fieldwork (asbestos, lead, mold, noise, chemical sampling), manage large multi-phase projects, perform site investigations and clearance inspections, review junior staff work, draft technical reports, mentor technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain/calibrate monitoring equipment.

Independently manage and perform asbestos, lead, mold, and IAQ monitoring and investigations; conduct site inspections and bulk sampling; develop technical reports; perform health & safety inspections; coordinate with contractors; mentor junior technicians; and occasionally work nights/weekends and travel to NJ/NY job sites.

Support delivery of aquatic services including environmental assessments, permitting, regulatory support, stakeholder engagement, project management, business development, and mentoring. Lead permitting activities, represent clients in meetings, monitor legislation changes, and provide technical support across projects.

Manage project accounting lifecycle for engineering and environmental projects: review contracts, prepare invoices and revenue recognition, monitor costs and AR, ensure compliance with public-sector contract terms, support audits, mentor junior accountants, and improve processes.

Prepare survey deliverables for NYC and NY State agency projects, including topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, ROW, and utility surveys. Process field data, produce base maps and DTMs, ensure compliance with agency CAD standards, coordinate with field crews and engineers, and support QA/QC, proposals, and documentation.

Prepare high-quality land survey deliverables using MicroStation for NYC and State agency projects. Process field data, produce base maps and DTMs, ensure agency standards and layer conventions, coordinate with field crews and engineers, and support QA/QC, proposals, and documentation.

Lead hydrogeology technical work and supervise junior staff. Design and implement groundwater studies, perform field sampling and testing, analyze groundwater data, develop conceptual and numerical inputs to models, manage data quality and reporting, interface with clients and regulators, and support business development and team training.

Provide air quality regulatory compliance support including interpreting regulations, determining applicability, preparing permit applications and emissions reports, performing emissions calculations and modeling, and producing technical documentation for clients in industries such as oil and gas and surface coating.

Perform wildlife and botanical field surveys, aquatic resource delineations, data interpretation, and prepare survey reports. Provide seasonal construction monitoring for permit compliance. Work is part-time, on-call, with both office and overnight field assignments.

Produce survey drawings (topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, ROW, utility), process field data and generate base maps/DTMs, ensure CAD deliverables meet NYC agency standards, prepare record/easement/as-built maps and legal exhibits, manage CAD files, support QA/QC and proposals, and coordinate with field crews, PMs, and engineers.
