Lead business development and technical delivery for environmental engineering projects: cultivate NY/NJ client relationships, win work, serve as Senior Project Manager and technical lead for subsurface investigations and remedial design, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Perform wildlife and botanical field surveys, aquatic resource delineations, data interpretation, and prepare survey reports. Provide seasonal construction monitoring for permit compliance. Work is part-time, on-call, with both office and overnight field assignments.

Lead hydrogeology technical work and supervise junior staff. Design and implement groundwater studies, perform field sampling and testing, analyze groundwater data, develop conceptual and numerical inputs to models, manage data quality and reporting, interface with clients and regulators, and support business development and team training.

Produce survey drawings (topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, ROW, utility), process field data and generate base maps/DTMs, ensure CAD deliverables meet NYC agency standards, prepare record/easement/as-built maps and legal exhibits, manage CAD files, support QA/QC and proposals, and coordinate with field crews, PMs, and engineers.

Lead national business development and market strategy for ports and terminals, build a pipeline and team, sponsor M&A, and drive proposals and project delivery across multidisciplinary marine and coastal services.

Independently perform and manage air monitoring and inspections for asbestos, lead, mold, and IAQ projects. Conduct sampling, interpret results, collect bulk samples, document hazards, produce technical reports, coordinate with contractors, mentor junior technicians, and perform site health & safety oversight.

Manage full billing cycle and collections for assigned projects, monitor project financial performance, maintain budgets and reports, coordinate collections, resolve invoicing issues, and support month-end revenue reviews while collaborating with project managers and clients.

Independently perform and manage asbestos, lead, mold, and general industrial hygiene monitoring and inspections. Conduct air and indoor air quality sampling, collect bulk samples, oversee site health & safety, coordinate with contractors, prepare technical reports, mentor junior technicians, and support remediation and abatement projects across NJ/NY metro sites.

Provide air quality regulatory compliance support including interpreting regulations, determining applicability, preparing permit applications and emissions reports, performing emissions calculations and modeling, and producing technical documentation for clients in industries such as oil and gas and surface coating.

Prepare high-quality land survey deliverables using MicroStation for NYC and State agency projects. Process field data, produce base maps and DTMs, ensure agency standards and layer conventions, coordinate with field crews and engineers, and support QA/QC, proposals, and documentation.

Lead and execute complex industrial hygiene and regulated building materials field projects (asbestos, lead, mold, IH exposures). Serve as site lead, perform investigations, sampling, clearance inspections, QA review, technical reporting, mentorship, equipment calibration/troubleshooting, and ensure regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA, and local agencies.
