Provides senior review of exposure assessments, sampling plans, risk assessments, and regulatory deliverables. Manages project managers and multidisciplinary teams, promotes worker safety and technical excellence, and mentors staff. Requires extensive environmental consulting or EHS leadership experience, strong operational and financial management skills, and knowledge of OSHA and industrial hygiene standards.

Provides GIS analysis, mapping, geodatabase management, spatial data quality control, and technical support for stormwater and environmental compliance projects. Conducts field investigations, infrastructure inspections, sampling, GPS data collection, and erosion and sediment control inspections. Prepares maps, reports, technical memoranda, and documentation while supporting municipal clients, regulatory programs, and mobile GIS application development.

Supports marine and coastal infrastructure inspections, including underwater and waterfront assessments of piers, wharves, bulkheads, seawalls, and revetments. Collects field data, prepares inspection reports, develops rehabilitation and construction documents, performs engineering calculations, and assists with dive operations, equipment mobilization, safety planning, and construction oversight. Responsibilities include maintaining project files, coordinating schedules and field logistics, tracking vehicles and certifications, processing invoices and purchase orders, supporting billing, managing supplies, assisting proposals and onboarding, handling client and vendor inquiries, and maintaining regulatory and project records.

Prepare survey drawings and deliverables in MicroStation for New York City and State agency projects. Process field data, create base maps and digital terrain models, maintain coordinate systems and agency standards, and produce record, easement, as-built, and legal description maps. Collaborate with survey crews, project managers, and engineers while managing files, templates, documentation, and QA/QC activities.

Leads business development for EHS and industrial hygiene consulting services, including strategic growth planning, client acquisition, key account management, contract negotiation, proposal development, and revenue targets. Builds trusted-advisor relationships, ensures client satisfaction and delivery quality, represents the company at industry events, mentors team members, reviews technical deliverables, and supports project execution and organizational leadership.

Develop conceptual, analytical, and numerical groundwater models to support environmental impact assessments, permitting, water treatment and remediation. Provide senior hydrogeological technical input and SME support, interpret aquifer tests and hydrogeological data, prepare and review technical reports, liaise with clients and regulators, lead proposal/business development, and mentor junior staff.

Prepare survey deliverables for NYC and NY State agency projects, including topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, ROW, and utility surveys. Process field data, produce base maps and DTMs, ensure compliance with agency CAD standards, coordinate with field crews and engineers, and support QA/QC, proposals, and documentation.
