Teams at True Classic

Represent True Classic at Costco Roadshows by engaging shoppers, demonstrating products, pitching and closing sales, achieving sales goals, and maintaining attractive branded booths. Responsibilities include setting up and dismantling displays, coordinating with Costco staff, traveling regionally for up to 10 consecutive days, and working independently in fast-paced retail environments.

Lead full-cycle recruiting and day-to-day people operations, owning sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, IT/equipment support, training, HRIS maintenance, employee engagement, and in-office culture for an on-site Calabasas team.

Leads global controllership across accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, inventory, revenue, payroll, and financial reporting. Owns close processes, US GAAP compliance, omnichannel reconciliations, NetSuite, internal controls, automation, cash management, audits, and tax filings. Builds and manages onshore and offshore accounting teams while partnering across the business to improve financial accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.
