Develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software features using C# and .NET. Participate in architecture and API design, database optimization, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and production support. Collaborate with product management, QA, data engineering, and DevOps teams on testing and CI/CD delivery. The role requires experience with ASP.NET Core, Blazor, relational databases, cloud hosting, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.

Administer semi-monthly multi-state payroll, including PTO, tax withholding, expense reports, benefits contributions, and tax registrations. Support onboarding and offboarding by maintaining HRIS records, I-9 documentation, background checks, benefits enrollment, personnel actions, and termination processes. Ensure compliance with employment laws, payroll regulations, and company policies while maintaining accurate, confidential employee records and coordinating with employees and internal teams.

Serve as strategic legal advisor to the CEO and senior management, overseeing corporate legal functions, contract lifecycle management, compliance strategy, governance, risk management, insurance, external counsel, legal policies, and employee training. Provide guidance on contracts, employment, intellectual property, healthcare regulations, cybersecurity, data privacy, litigation, and PBM regulations while conducting legal research and supporting practical, business-oriented decisions.
