Own end-to-end data migrations into AMS360, including source extraction, profiling, transformation, mapping, validation, QA, and API or direct database loading. Build ETL pipelines across disparate agency systems, create traceability mappings, and collaborate with AMS360 administrators to resolve issues. The role also supports future CRM, marketing, warehouse, and bulk data integrations while using AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, and technology learning.

Facilitates instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid sales training for producers; supports onboarding, coaching, Basecamp programs, and sales enablement tool adoption. Provides producer support, maintains learning content, tracks participation, gathers feedback, and recommends improvements. Collaborates with sales leaders, subject matter experts, product managers, and learning teams to deliver consistent development experiences across platforms.

Generates new insurance business through prospecting, appointments, presentations, and sales tools while meeting established quotas. Manages an ongoing book of business to support renewals, collaborates with Client Service on account placement and renewals, and serves as a subject matter expert in a chosen insurance focus area.
