Leads enterprise-wide tax strategy for a rapidly growing, multi-entity insurance brokerage. Oversees federal, state, and local tax compliance; partnership and flow-through reporting; tax provisions under ASC 740; FIN 48 positions; audits; M&A tax due diligence and integration; tax research and planning; external advisor relationships; and development of the internal tax team, processes, controls, and technology.

Manage complex commercial insurance accounts as the primary client advisor. Responsibilities include developing risk and service strategies, leading renewals and coverage consultations, managing book profitability, identifying cross-sell opportunities, negotiating with carriers, maintaining AMS360 records, supporting junior staff, and ensuring regulatory and service standards. The role requires expertise in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, executive-level relationship management, active insurance licenses, and strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Manage complex commercial insurance accounts as the lead client advisor, developing service plans, risk strategies, renewal approaches, and coverage recommendations. Oversee book profitability, identify cross-sell opportunities, monitor carrier performance, negotiate policy terms, and maintain accurate agency system records. Provide technical guidance to junior staff, support escalated client issues, and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery across Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines.
