Serve as primary day-to-day contact for a book of commercial clients: manage renewals/remarketing, onboarding, endorsements, claims inquiries, and carrier coordination. Use AMS360 to maintain records, mentor junior staff, and advise clients on coverage, underwriting, and regulatory changes.

The Insurance Producer (Sales) is responsible for meeting sales quotas, managing a book of business, executing marketing activities, and collaborating with Client Service to analyze and place business accounts.
