Entry-level position in a structured Producer Development Program to learn insurance brokerage, sales, and client relationship management. Responsibilities include lead generation, supporting producers in client meetings, using Salesforce/CRM, completing licensing (P&C) within 60 days, and progressing toward a licensed Insurance Producer role through training and mentorship.

Design and run ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, validate and load agency data from disparate AMS/source systems into AMS360 via APIs and direct operations. Build mapping, deduplication, QA/validation, and transformation logic; produce ID mapping tables; collaborate with AMS360 admins and stakeholders to ensure accurate, traceable migrations.

Serve as the primary client and front-desk contact, providing timely support for onboarding, payroll, and documentation. Coordinate new-hire onboarding, verify I-9/W-4 and other forms, enter and maintain HR/payroll data, and track completion. Maintain confidential records, perform administrative tasks, and identify process improvements to enhance client and employee experience.
