Supports truck customers during service and repair events by coordinating dealers, communicating repair status, locating parts, troubleshooting vehicle faults, managing Detroit Connect and Cummins Connect accounts, performing remote updates and diagnostics, arranging service appointments, and educating customers on digital tools. The role also supports sales, service activation and renewals, vocational and body-builder troubleshooting, recalls, service history research, and fleet visits.

Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and road-tests diesel trucks according to repair orders and service guidelines. The technician identifies additional safety or service needs, communicates parts requirements and repair costs, documents completed work, meets labor-time standards, and may supervise junior technicians. The role requires safe work practices, use of specialized service tools, basic computer and Internet skills, strong reading ability, physical lifting capacity, and adequate hand tools.
