Manage customer communications, estimator and job scheduling, inventory, employee hours, job purchases, invoicing support, material pricing, and social media and email outreach. The role coordinates clients, technicians, estimators, and management while adapting schedules to cancellations and staffing changes. Most work is remote, but a driver’s license and transportation are required.

Performs home improvement, maintenance, repairs, and general handyman services for residential customers. Responsibilities include minor carpentry, fixture repairs, electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, siding work, and potentially fence or deck construction. The role requires customer interaction, identifying additional repair opportunities, use of personal tools, reliable transportation, and working independently while developing skills toward a Field Technician position.
