Develop and maintain relationships with Assisted Living, Memory Care, and other senior care decision-makers across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. Generate qualified meetings, product demonstrations, pilot opportunities, and referrals through outbound outreach, in-person visits, networking events, and CRM tracking. Coordinate with management to advance proposals and close opportunities while expanding local brand presence.

Responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing receptionist team and service requests, overseeing scheduling and billing for corporate clients, ensuring smooth operation.

The Research & Operations Intern supports a Senior Fall Risk Reduction Initiative by organizing data, conducting research, and assisting with documentation and outreach efforts.
