Implement responsive, accessible front-end features, integrate with third-party systems (payments, EHR, auth), participate in architecture reviews, write tests, troubleshoot production issues, document solutions, and collaborate with product and clinical teams.

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues, de-escalate complaints, obtain insurance/billing information, enter accurate data into the call center database, manage phone queues, and correspond professionally via phone, email, and chat to maintain customer satisfaction.
