Provide front-line support to clients, providers, and patients via phone, email, and portals; triage and escalate inquiries; manage support tickets in Zendesk; assist with onboarding, documentation, reporting, and routine administrative tasks to maintain client satisfaction.

Receive, verify, label, enter, store, process, and prepare laboratory specimens for testing or referral. Maintain LIS records, ensure chain-of-custody and regulatory compliance (CLIA/CAP/OSHA/HIPAA), communicate with reference labs and clients, and perform general lab support and housekeeping on a night-shift schedule.
