Maintain office cleanliness and organization; perform dusting, window washing, trash disposal, and kitchen upkeep. Run internal and external errands, fetch refreshments, carry documents. Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, prepare meeting rooms, answer phones, handle visitor/staff queries, and deposit/collect bank documents.

Scan response sheets accurately, verify completeness, perform basic QC and rectify scanning errors, maintain job sheets and reports, report technical issues, and coordinate with project and team leaders to ensure smooth execution.

Develop, maintain and upgrade examination and scanning software (including OSM/eMarquer). Design databases, write efficient algorithms, test modules, maintain version control, support scanning operations onsite, provide user training, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
