Source candidates via job boards, ATS, and community outreach; screen and evaluate candidates; coordinate interviews and onboarding; maintain pipelines and ATS records; attend hiring events; support workforce planning, compliance, and recruiting strategy.

Provide administrative support to management, handle HR and payroll assistance, manage financial documents and procurement, maintain office operations and safety, coordinate client and staff interactions, support project and operational planning, and perform general office duties including invoice processing and vendor management.
