Build and lead Trove’s finance function as its first full-time finance hire. The role requires experience in e-commerce or gaming, digital or physical inventory, startup finance-building, and implementing AI tools.

Handle customer support across tickets, email, and social channels while maintaining fast response times and clear queues. Own the help center and macro library, identify fraud and high-value issues, surface recurring customer trends, and provide voice-of-customer insights. This hands-on role requires building support processes from the ground up, using AI tools efficiently, and delivering empathetic, on-brand communication.
