The role leads KM strategy, legal technology and AI adoption, innovation projects, training, onboarding, knowledge succession, and organizational change. It also provides legal research and practice support, tracks trends, curates attorney contributions, manages confidential information, and partners across the firm to improve operational efficiency and knowledge-sharing.
