The BDC Representative nurtures customer relationships, assists buyers with vehicle selection, explains product offerings and technology, creates videos for prospects, and follows up to generate referrals. The role requires strong communication, consultative selling, ethical conduct, flexible scheduling, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Paid training is provided, and prior experience is not required.

Perform accounting and finance administrative tasks including reviewing and filing financial documents, data entry, payment processing, title and license reconciliation, completing deal jackets, handling outside used car purchases, supporting receivables/deposits, and providing backup receptionist and AR/depository support as assigned.
