Provide high-ownership executive support to the founder across multiple companies: manage calendar and communications, capture and drive action items, coordinate proposals and business development, run marketing liaison tasks, document processes, and build AI-assisted workflows using Claude and other tools to increase speed, quality, and consistency.

Provide on-site, part-time administrative and operational support for projects: manage vendor coordination, documentation, procurement tracking, inventory, shipping/receiving, meeting summaries, task lists, and project close-out packages. Use AI tools to summarize materials and streamline workflows while maintaining documentation integrity and compliance.

Manage multi-site low-voltage and integrated electronic security systems projects from award through closeout. Build and maintain Microsoft Project schedules, read engineering drawings, manage subcontractors and budgets, process RFIs and change orders, conduct site walks and inspections, liaise with federal clients, and support proposal BOE/BOD development while enforcing quality and delivery standards.
