Lead end-to-end mechanical development and sustainment of space avionics and electro-optical hardware. Define requirements, produce detailed designs and drawings, select suppliers, support prototyping and environmental testing, qualify vendors, implement manufacturing processes, investigate failures, and mentor other engineers to deliver reliable flight-capable products.

Support the CEO and executive team with admin, sales/marketing, finance, and logistics. Manage and execute special projects, coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare reports and presentations, act as liaison between leadership and departments, monitor progress, and research opportunities to align company strategy and improve performance.

Lead manufacturing for space-grade camera, avionics, and payload hardware. Own manufacturing processes, manufacturing engineering, clean room operations, scheduling, QA, and AS9100 implementation. Ensure training, equipment readiness, traceability, configuration control, and collaborate with design, supply chain, quality, and leadership. Provide hands-on production support as needed.
