Lead and build the finance function for a scaling aerospace technology company. Own day-to-day financial operations (AP/AR, invoicing, cash, close), reporting, forecasting, budgeting, ERP implementation, government accounting readiness, fundraising support, internal controls, and hiring/structuring the finance team as the company grows.

Lead the design, simulation, testing, and integration of lens, sensor, and imaging/laser systems. Perform optical modeling, develop test plans and alignment procedures, support manufacturing and troubleshooting, define acceptance criteria, and research emerging optical materials and technologies. Contribute to structural, thermal, mechanical, or systems engineering as needed.

Design and lead high-reliability electronics for space and aerospace imaging systems, including PCB/PCBA design, high-speed signal and low-voltage power work, reliability analyses (thermal derating, MTBF, radiation tolerance), compliance to MIL-STD standards, CMOS sensor integration, and FPGA/HDL contribution.
