Manages calendars, communications, CRM and e-signature workflows, luxury international travel, vendors, financial transactions, wellness and social planning. Builds operational systems, trackers, SOPs, and processes using project-management, communication, and AI tools while maintaining discretion and helping reclaim the CEO’s time.

Support a CEO and his partner across executive, business, personal, household, and travel operations. Manage complex calendars, communications, deal execution, projects, luxury international travel, vendors, household staff, financial transactions, appointments, and operational systems. Build documentation and improve workflows using productivity, CRM, project-management, and AI tools. The role requires discretion, proactive problem-solving, rapid task-switching, and strong ownership in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Provides comprehensive executive and personal support to a CEO, including calendar and inbox management, reporting, travel coordination, household staff and vendor oversight, family logistics, personal administration, spending tracking, and confidential affairs. The role builds systems, SOPs, trackers, and workflows to create structure, protect priorities, and reduce the CEO’s operational workload. Requires on-site availability in Metro Detroit, weekend text responsiveness, discretion, and the ability to manage complexity independently.
