Manage the founder’s personal and professional schedule, calendar, appointments, travel, inbox, personal finance tracking, home vendors, relocation, events, and occasional partner support. Build organizational systems from scratch, coordinate errands and service providers, and provide proactive, discreet, highly responsive assistance. The role requires in-person availability in Miami, strong technology skills, excellent communication, and occasional travel.

Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations: own inventory, forecasting, reorder cycles, supplier and 3PL management, China→US logistics, and customs. Build KPI dashboards, SOPs, and automate workflows (Notion/ClickUp/AI). Manage remote team performance, hiring, onboarding, contractor payments, and monthly OPEX reporting to drive reliable, scalable fulfillment and operational accountability.

Lead B2B paid acquisition on Meta and own creative strategy: craft angles, hooks, copy, and VSLs to drive agency-owner leads. Run high-scale national campaigns, diagnose performance, brief production, contribute organic strategy, and coach students weekly.
