Manage client relationships, onboard new clients, ensure client retention, conduct regular meetings, and mentor future team members.

Develop and own creative strategy from ideation through testing, manage creative pipeline and assets, collaborate with media buyers and editors, analyze performance reports to generate repeatable creative learnings that drive revenue and retention.
