Manage household logistics and provide operational support for two business founders. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, vendors, repairs, appointments, travel, pet and vehicle logistics, household upkeep, event planning, merchandise, venue coordination, and on-site event execution. The role also maintains task tracking, manages vendor relationships, supports agreements, and builds reliable systems for requests and follow-ups.

Serve as the CEO’s executive assistant and developing Chief of Staff. Manage complex calendars, inboxes, travel, personal operations, expenses, vendors, and confidential communications. Convert ideas into projects, track accountability, support meetings and partnerships, and build SOPs and workflows using project-management and AI tools. The role requires high ownership, discretion, excellent writing, advanced international travel planning, and the ability to manage both business and personal priorities.

Manage the founder’s personal and professional schedule, calendar, inbox, travel, appointments, finances, vendors, errands, and relocation. Build organizational systems from scratch, coordinate home services and events, handle frequent travel arrangements, and provide occasional support to the business partner. The role requires discretion, initiative, strong organization, technology comfort, communication skills, and occasional in-person work and travel in Miami.
