Oversee drywall construction projects by coordinating employees, subcontractors, suppliers, workflows, schedules, quality standards, safety protocols, reporting, training, and standard operating procedures. The Foreperson ensures projects meet specifications, deadlines, budgets, and workmanship expectations while maintaining required records and directing teams of 5–10 workers.

Owns the UKG Ready HRIS and ATS, including configuration, workflows, reporting, integrations, security, audits, testing, and process improvement. Administers benefits, open enrollment, leave programs, and payroll-related activities while ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, and applicable laws. Maintains HR policies, supports employee and manager questions, manages vendors, and partners with Payroll, IT, and business leaders to ensure accurate data and a positive employee experience.
