Lead product and digital operations across customer lifecycle, analytics, payments, fraud, and risk. Analyze customer journeys, funnels, operational dashboards, and business KPIs to improve conversion, activation, retention, customer value, payment performance, and efficiency. Coordinate between local markets and internal teams, identify product improvements, validate features, report customer pain points, and support successful launches while balancing fraud controls with customer experience.

Provide first-line technical support for employees: onboard/offboard accounts and devices, manage MDM (Kandji), administer Google Workspace/Slack/Atlassian/Okta/1Password, troubleshoot VPN (NordLayer) and macOS/Windows issues, maintain IT asset inventory, document SOPs, support AV, and assist with basic security hygiene.

As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you'll develop user-facing features using React and TypeScript, ensuring performance and cross-device compatibility while collaborating with teams to maintain a component library.
