Own and grow affiliate partner relationships to increase high-quality first-time depositors. Responsibilities include negotiating commissions, onboarding partners, analyzing funnel performance, improving affiliate workflows, creating enablement materials, enhancing tracking and payout processes, and collaborating with Product, Tech, CRM, BI, Finance, and Onboarding teams. The role requires commercial account management, data-driven optimization, affiliate technology knowledge, and strong partner communication.

Design and maintain core backend systems for a sports betting platform, ensuring performance, security, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Own the end-to-end product design process for complex B2B SaaS products, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, testing, and developer handoff. Improve data-heavy interfaces, collaborate closely with engineering, apply user insights to product decisions, and establish design standards. The role requires strong UX fundamentals, Figma proficiency, design systems experience, autonomy, and professional English and Spanish.
