Manages environmental specialists and material handlers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance development, scheduling support, training, client coordination, safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Oversees site visits, STOP audits, employee advancement, emergency-response readiness, and service delivery for laboratory and onsite support accounts. Requires environmental services knowledge and compliance with DOT, RCRA, and applicable regulations.

Creates and reviews customer invoices, manages purchase orders and pricing, verifies billing accuracy, and resolves discrepancies with sales, account management, technical services, and project administration teams. The role also supports administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and phone coverage. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable transportation, and authorization to work without future sponsorship.

Leads regional sales across New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Pennsylvania while carrying an individual quota. Responsibilities include coaching and developing sales teams, driving prospecting and revenue growth, managing strategic accounts, overseeing pipeline forecasting and CRM usage, reviewing proposals and commissions, and presenting performance to leadership. The role also supports recruiting, customer retention, cross-selling, safety compliance, and regional business initiatives, with travel up to 50%.
