Record, reconcile, and maintain the general ledger and related accounts; support month-end and year-end closes; prepare financial reports and P&L reviews; co-manage percentage-of-completion revenue recognition; assist with audits and cross-functional accounting support to ensure US GAAP compliance.

Leads hazardous waste and safety program operations at a client site, overseeing safety compliance, site operations, waste documentation, projects, staffing, training, and client coordination. Mentors onsite employees, manages incident and compliance processes, monitors billing and timesheets, and tracks KPIs to improve profitability and service quality. The role requires environmental regulatory knowledge, emergency response readiness, physical work with hazardous materials, flexible hours, and rotating emergency response availability.

Perform prospecting and qualification activities to generate meetings for the sales team. Conduct cold calls, email and social outreach, manage leads in CRM, report on activity, attend networking events, and consult with clients on sustainability. Complete hands-on field training and one month of centralized sales training, with a clear path to advance into Business Development roles.
