Coordinates customer jobs, paperwork, invoices, bids, quotations, job folders, and shipment reports while supporting sales and technical services teams. Handles customer inquiries, technical support, post-service surveys, inventory, office budget tracking, and quality control activities. The role is onsite and requires strong communication, organization, analytical ability, Microsoft Office skills, reliable transportation, and environmental science knowledge or related industry experience.

Oversee regional waste disposal operations, routing, quoting, approvals, QA/QC, and discrepancy resolution. Coordinate disposal, transportation, sales, logistics, and service teams while managing third-party facility relationships. Provide guidance on hazardous waste profiling, process codes, facility selection, proposals, bids, and cost analysis. Drive process improvements, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and consistent service delivery across regions.

Manage an existing client portfolio while driving new business, cross-selling environmental services, coordinating service delivery, and supporting customer compliance projects. Build trusted client relationships, generate referrals and prospects, prepare proposals, collect purchase orders, support invoice collections, and resolve service issues. The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, relationship management, and experience serving healthcare, higher education, life sciences, or industrial clients.
