Build and own Triumph’s VIP user activation function from prospect qualification through host handoff. Identify promising users, conduct personalized outreach, develop relationships, create scalable playbooks and CRM workflows, coordinate incentives, track performance, and ensure high-quality handoffs. The role also supports process improvement, team hiring and coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and responsible handling of customer information and user-safety procedures.

Build and own core features for a mobile collectibles trading card app using React Native and Expo. Responsibilities include delivering polished native-feeling experiences, working with native modules and platform APIs, partnering on backend contracts, and owning performance, reliability, startup time, frame rate, and crash-free sessions. The role also involves establishing architecture and guardrails, setting technical direction, mentoring other engineers, and shipping features end to end from design through iteration.

Build and operate Triumph’s full-stack product platform, including payments, ledger systems, identity, fraud prevention, notifications, operational dashboards, and infrastructure. Ensure critical systems are reliable, auditable, and scalable across products, countries, currencies, and 16x growth. Develop new payment rails, trust tooling, and platform capabilities while using AI agents throughout the software development lifecycle.
