Manage a dedicated portfolio of high-value gaming and trading card players through personalized communication, concierge support, gifting, perks, and issue resolution. Monitor player engagement, promote responsible gaming, share customer insights, follow compliance procedures, and improve VIP program processes. The role requires self-direction, strong relationship-building, organization, discretion, gaming familiarity, data awareness, and availability during evenings and weekends.

Build and scale full-stack software for physical card logistics, including vendor intake, fulfillment, inventory dashboards, warehouse tools, computer vision, and third-party logistics integrations. Develop Go backends, React frontends, React Native mobile applications, and internal operational tooling. Automate manual processes, collaborate with mechanical engineering, support event tools, and own projects in an ambiguous, primarily onsite environment.

Own mechanical hardware systems from requirements through design, manufacturing, testing, integration, production, maintenance, and repair. Responsibilities include subsystem architecture, detailed CAD design, tolerance analysis, design for manufacturability, vendor coordination, test fixture development, instrumentation, data analysis, failure analysis, documentation standards, and hands-on warehouse testing of physical products.
