Lead Tritusa’s B2B digital growth strategy, demand generation, enterprise lead acquisition, and revenue marketing. Manage paid advertising, SEO, ABM, marketing automation, CRM workflows, website optimization, CRO, analytics, and AI-powered marketing initiatives. Partner with Sales and internal teams to create campaigns, thought leadership, events, and personalized customer journeys. Track KPIs, produce executive insights, manage budgets, and optimize marketing performance and ROI.

Leads enterprise SAP testing across RISE with SAP and S/4HANA transformation programs, including strategy, governance, test lifecycle management, automation, performance, security, data migration, integrations, defect management, and release readiness. Oversees test environments, test data, executive reporting, offshore teams, and post-go-live stabilization. Requires extensive SAP testing leadership, SAP Activate expertise, knowledge of major SAP modules, testing tools, migration and integration testing, DevOps pipelines, and stakeholder management.

Designs and delivers end-to-end performance testing, including scoping, scripting, execution, analysis, reporting, and closure. Creates reusable scripts using NeoLoad and LoadRunner, identifies application bottlenecks, collaborates with technical teams on issue resolution, and supports presales presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and proof-of-concept work. The role is primarily offshore in India with short-notice onsite travel to Australia or the United States.
