Own audience growth, performance marketing, show launches, communications, partnerships, industry education, agency management, events, and analytics to drive awareness, advertiser engagement, and commercial outcomes.

Lead R&D data science projects from experimentation to production, using PySpark/Scala and ML to analyze listener behavior, develop explainable models, collaborate cross-functionally, document results, and present findings to stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain robust terabyte-scale data pipelines and stream-processing applications. Collaborate with product teams, participate in full SDLC, automate tests and deployments, monitor operations, and contribute to technical strategy and continuous improvement. Participate in on-call rotation.
