Analyzes, improves, and implements public safety systems and business processes for County agencies. Develops requirements, system designs, integrations, testing scripts, process improvements, and implementation roadmaps. Facilitates user acceptance testing, training, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and technical documentation while supporting full system life cycles and change requests.

Define and maintain enterprise Azure application and data architecture; establish standards for solution design, integrations, identity and access management, cost management, and disaster recovery. Review vendor designs, create reference architecture documentation, and provide technical direction to development teams and implementation partners. The role requires extensive Azure architecture experience across compute, integration, and data services, plus experience designing shared platforms for multiple business units.

Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance complex financial and revenue-related applications. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide full-stack .NET development and database expertise, collaborate with users, vendors, technical teams, and leadership, and offer technical guidance on application improvements.
