Document processes, identify key controls, test ICFR and other controls, prepare audit working papers, recommend improvements, and follow up on management action plans. Design, build, operate, and optimize scalable batch and near-real-time data pipelines and modern Microsoft Fabric and Azure data solutions. Develop ETL/ELT processes, data models, governance and quality controls, CI/CD practices, monitoring, and secure integrations. Lead technical design, mentor engineers, troubleshoot production issues, support legacy-system modernization, and partner with analysts, stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver trusted analytics and reporting.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across specialty insurance and claims organizations. Leads workforce planning, organization design, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, change management, people analytics, and HR compliance. Manages U.S. onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, workers’ compensation, ADA processes, and return-to-work programs while partnering with legal, payroll, benefits, and talent teams.
