The Technical Customer Success Manager will analyze client data, conduct reviews, deliver actionable recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction in security services.

Provides senior technical advisory to enterprise cybersecurity clients, interpreting threat intelligence, detection outcomes, and security gaps for CISOs and security leaders. Leads technical customer cadences, supports retention and expansion, partners with account managers and security teams, and translates MDR, DFIR, threat hunting, IAM, DLP, GRC, and offensive security insights into recommendations. The role also mentors junior team members and helps develop technical customer success playbooks.
