Owns Triskele Labs’ internal tooling and automation program across DevOps and Workflow Automation teams. Responsibilities include prioritization with the CTO, business analysis, requirements, agile delivery, SSDLC governance, testing, UAT, implementation, adoption measurement, reporting, and dependency management across concurrent builds. The role uses AI extensively for analysis, planning, documentation, testing, and reporting, while mentoring a Graduate Project Manager and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Provides senior technical security assurance and GRC advisory services across cloud, hybrid, enterprise, and AI environments. Assesses security controls, configurations, evidence, telemetry, risks, compliance, and cybersecurity maturity against APRA, NIST, ISO 27001, and ASD frameworks. Leads risk workshops and compliance reviews, develops policies and governance frameworks, translates technical findings for executive and board stakeholders, and contributes to GRC methodologies, client delivery, mentoring, and professional development.

Build, extend, and operate internal and client-facing software products using AI coding tools as the primary engineering environment. Own product delivery from discovery through launch, while ensuring architecture, testing, security, performance, observability, compliance, and maintainability. Collaborate with DevOps, engineering leadership, business stakeholders, and clients across the full stack using modern PaaS, managed backends, serverless platforms, Git workflows, and CI/CD.
