Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for Maltese and international group entities. Responsibilities include processing invoices and payments, maintaining reconciliations, recording intercompany and foreign-currency transactions, monitoring receivables, preparing financial reports, supporting month-end close, liaising with external accountants and auditors, and improving financial controls. The role works closely with the CFO, project managers, overseas colleagues, and external advisors to ensure accurate, timely financial information.

Manage day-to-day accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, management accounts, tax and VAT filings, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audit coordination. Maintain accounting systems, financial records, internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Support the Managing Director with financial analysis and process improvements.
