Teams at Triptease

Manage a portfolio of 25–35 mid-market hotel accounts for a B2B SaaS platform. Responsibilities include driving adoption and customer outcomes, using data to provide recommendations, leading renewals and expansion, identifying risks, delivering training, coordinating with internal teams, and developing customer advocacy. The role requires fluent English and Thai, commercial ownership, technical curiosity, strong communication, and self-directed work in a distributed environment.

Own APAC revenue growth by developing commercial strategy, sourcing and closing complex hotel technology deals, managing strategic accounts, building executive relationships, and generating pipeline through networks, partnerships, outbound activity, and events. The role requires consultative selling, strong hospitality industry knowledge, executive presentation skills, and regular regional travel.

Build and maintain backend-first features and integrations for Triptease's marketing channels. Work across the full stack (primarily backend), design scalable distributed systems, implement CI/CD on cloud platforms, collaborate closely with product teams, pair program, write tests (TDD), and contribute to squad strategy and product quality.
