Build and maintain backend-first features and integrations for Triptease's marketing channels. Work across the full stack (primarily backend), design scalable distributed systems, implement CI/CD on cloud platforms, collaborate closely with product teams, pair program, write tests (TDD), and contribute to squad strategy and product quality.

Own a portfolio of SMB hotel clients from trial through renewal, driving adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable commercial outcomes. Lead onboarding, performance reviews, training, risk management, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Use AI, automation, templates, and customer success systems to operate efficiently at scale. Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing while maintaining accurate account data and reporting on conversion, retention, and revenue performance.

Own commercial growth across the Indian Subcontinent by building hotel-group partnerships, generating pipeline, managing full sales cycles, presenting to industry and executive audiences, and developing ROI-based proposals. The Senior Market Director additionally handles enterprise groups, mentors junior staff, and influences APAC commercial strategy. Candidates must have Hotel Tech, Ad Tech, or SaaS experience and be based in Delhi or Mumbai.
