Own the global People function across five legal entities and approximately 16 countries. Responsibilities include multi-country payroll coordination, HRIS and EOR administration, employment law compliance, employee relations, manager coaching, benefits and vendor administration, engagement surveys, culture initiatives, performance reviews, reporting to senior leadership, and office management. The role also focuses on building efficient, AI-enabled HR processes.
