The position requires healthcare customer success or account management experience, strong data and project management skills, and travel to clinics approximately 50% of the time.

Build and scale partnerships with pediatric and family medicine practices across priority U.S. markets. Responsibilities include market mapping, outbound prospecting, sales negotiations, pricing and contracting, CRM pipeline management, clinic onboarding support, industry representation, and reporting sales metrics. The role also shapes go-to-market strategy, messaging, pricing, sales processes, and repeatable business development playbooks while collaborating with marketing, account management, and leadership.
