Support Kubernetes and production services, build and improve CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS infrastructure and IAM across accounts, maintain secrets management, and partner with engineering and analytics teams to productionize workloads. The role focuses on reliable, scalable infrastructure for high-load, high-volume consumer applications.

Partner with hiring managers and studio leads to develop recruitment strategies, deliver excellent candidate experiences, and hire high-quality talent across technical, creative, commercial, operational, and marketing functions. Maintain recruiting systems and data, conduct talent mapping and direct sourcing, strengthen employer branding, benchmark competitors, reduce agency spend, and improve workflows, tools, and processes.

Develop and maintain mobile games in Unity for iOS and Android. Implement gameplay features, create new titles, support live operations, optimize code and memory, design maintainable architecture, review code, and write unit tests. Collaborate with product and design teams in an Agile environment while working with prototypes and large legacy codebases.
