Partner with hiring managers and studio leads to recruit high-quality talent across technical, creative, operational, commercial, and marketing roles. Manage candidate and hiring manager experiences, maintain recruitment systems and data, conduct talent mapping and direct sourcing, support employer branding, and improve recruitment processes and workflows. The role requires strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, proactive problem-solving, and fluency in English and Russian, with an interest in mobile games.

Lead the creative direction of existing and new mobile game titles from concept through post-launch. Design gameplay features, economies, progression systems, and live operations using player research, analytics, and A/B testing. Own product vision, design quality, and testing roadmaps while collaborating cross-functionally with product, development, art, production, and marketing teams. Lead, mentor, and develop designers, integrate AI-supported workflows, and drive engagement, retention, and monetization.

Investigate and prevent fraud within Puzzleplay’s user segmentation system. The role evaluates and refines fraud signals, manages fraud-related user segments, monitors detection performance, investigates manual-review cases, advises on market-specific verification methods, and recommends third-party tools. The analyst partners with product and data teams to convert analysis into operational fraud controls as fraudulent behaviors evolve.
