Tommy's Tavern + Tap is accepting early applications for a new Ledgewood, NJ location opening Fall 2026. Applicants who submit resumes now will be among the first notified when specific roles and hiring events are announced. The location is not yet open.

Assist in managing front-of-house staff and daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service, compliance with policies and safety, staff development, payroll and P&L oversight, and effective opening/closing procedures in a high-volume environment.

Coordinate plating and delivery between kitchen and servers to ensure accurate, timely, and well-presented meals. Inspect dishes for quality and temperature, assist with final plating and garnishes, maintain a clean expo station, prioritize tickets, communicate special requests and allergy alerts, and support smooth service flow during busy shifts.
