Own delivery and evolution of internal LLM-powered and agentic platforms. Translate advisor workflows into backlog items, define AI quality metrics, collaborate on model selection and RAG pipelines, write acceptance criteria, run beta programs, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and deliver AI features.

Split between client-facing support and backend development: triage HelpSpot tickets, debug .NET and stored procedures, apply code or data fixes, monitor environments, maintain integrations and Azure Data Factory pipelines, decompose legacy .NET into modern microservices, build event-driven integrations, lead post-incident reviews and runbooks, mentor teammates, and participate in two-week sprint delivery with weekend on-call rotation.

Support UX Designers with research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and design documentation. Collaborate with product managers and engineers, synthesize user insights, perform competitive analysis, iterate on designs, and apply UX best practices while learning through mentorship.
