Own end-to-end UX design for B2B travel platforms, focusing on complex workflows involving itinerary creation, pricing, booking, payments, and invoicing. Lead discovery, research, prototyping, usability testing, design systems, accessibility, and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with Product and Engineering, define UX metrics, facilitate critiques, mentor designers, and use AI tools such as Claude and Figma Make to prototype and evaluate AI-assisted experiences.

Own the strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and delivery of TripArc’s trip management products, including payments, booking, invoicing, and accounting. Define accurate and auditable money flows, identify valuable AI applications, prioritize initiatives using data and pilot feedback, and lead cross-functional teams through launch. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and support teams on reconciliation, refunds, statements, audits, and migration from the legacy platform.

Owns test automation strategy using Playwright and TypeScript, including framework architecture, UI/API/end-to-end coverage, CI/CD integration, test data, reporting, and troubleshooting. Performs manual, exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and system testing using Xray, Postman, SQL, and Jira. Collaborates with development and product teams, assesses quality risks, participates in Agile ceremonies, and mentors QA Analysts. Uses AI-assisted tools such as Claude to improve testing workflows.
