Owns SLAs, quality, staffing economics, BPO governance, Sabre GDS escalations, supplier performance, and tier-2/3 consultant teams. Partners with Product and Engineering to implement self-service, AI-assisted support, observability, proactive notifications, and automated issue resolution. Reports operational performance, NPS, CSAT, and service recommendations to executive leadership while supporting premium assisted trip design.

Build and own mobile UI test automation for a React Native/Expo travel platform across iOS and Android. Develop Appium and WebdriverIO frameworks, extend Playwright API testing, manage cloud device testing, define regression and release standards, and partner with mobile developers on quality. The role also covers sensitive data testing, CI/CD integration, flaky test mitigation, and AI-assisted test design. It begins as an individual contributor role with potential team growth.

Owns test automation strategy using Playwright and TypeScript, including framework architecture, UI/API/end-to-end coverage, CI/CD integration, test data, reporting, and troubleshooting. Performs manual, exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and system testing using Xray, Postman, SQL, and Jira. Collaborates with development and product teams, assesses quality risks, participates in Agile ceremonies, and mentors QA Analysts. Uses AI-assisted tools such as Claude to improve testing workflows.
