Manage multi-brand digital marketing across social media, PR, SEO, local search, and paid advertising. Develop content strategies, calendars, copy, and creative briefs; direct designers and agencies; manage publishing and community engagement; monitor media coverage and brand performance; optimize Google Business Profiles; coordinate SEO initiatives; and plan, track, and improve LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns using performance data.

Process domestic and international LCC bookings through API integrations, validate passenger, fare, payment, and ticket information, issue tickets, and resolve booking failures and exceptions. Manage cancellations, schedule changes, amendments, booking queues, and operational records within SLAs. Coordinate with airlines, technology, product, customer support, and operations teams to address technical issues, maintain booking accuracy, follow airline policies, and improve booking success rates.

The manager will collaborate with onboarding, operations, account management, finance, product, and leadership teams to develop client solutions, operate effectively in an evolving environment, and help build scalable sales processes.
