Provides priority support to B2B travel agents and key accounts for domestic and international air bookings. Handles ticketing, amendments, cancellations, refunds, reissues, schedule changes, rerouting, fare validation, waiver requests, escalations, and airline coordination. Applies fare rules and penalty structures, maintains case records, meets SLA and TAT targets, prevents ADM losses, and resolves complex itinerary and booking issues through calls, email, and CRM systems.

Manage domestic and international air ticketing, including bookings, cancellations, refunds, reissues, schedule changes, fare calculations, and EMD processing. Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and GDS support teams while ensuring compliance with fare rules, BSP/ARC regulations, ADM policies, and company procedures. Track cases, prepare MIS reports, communicate updates to travel agents, and resolve complex booking issues within service timelines.

Manage end-to-end international SOTO and offshore air ticketing through Sabre GDS. Responsibilities include creating complex PNRs, issuing and reissuing tickets, processing refunds and exchanges, handling schedule changes and disruptions, calculating fares and penalties, coordinating with airlines and consolidators, monitoring queues, supporting travel agents, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with fare rules, BSP regulations, and company SLAs.
