Develops new composite-material application opportunities in non-automotive markets. Prospects OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and molders; manages opportunities from ideation through material qualification and production; coordinates R&D, technical, operations, product management, and sales teams; supports customer application engineering; maintains Salesforce pipeline reporting; and drives product nominations and commercial conversion.

Leads new business development and strategic account management for plastics solutions in Japan. Identifies opportunities, secures customer qualification approvals and commercial orders, develops account plans, manages Japanese OEM and Tier-1 relationships, coordinates sales order processing, provides market intelligence, and optimizes distributor and channel partnerships. Requires extensive commercial experience in chemical materials, plastics, polymers, or automotive supply chains, plus native Japanese and fluent English proficiency.
