Manages global public relations for Trinny London and founder Trinny Woodall across the UK, US, Ireland, and Australia. Responsibilities include developing integrated PR strategies, securing earned media, shaping corporate reputation, managing regional agencies, building media and influencer relationships, supporting product campaigns, preparing the founder for media appearances, and leading a PR coordinator.

Provides day-to-day supply chain support, including supplier communication, delivery tracking, OTIF reporting, inventory monitoring, discrepancy resolution, data capture, system migration support, and ERP administration. The role also uses Excel, AI tools, and process documentation to improve operational efficiency across distribution centers and supplier warehouses.
