The role oversees formulation, testing, claims, regulatory compliance, commercialization, project risks, stage-gate processes, suppliers, laboratories, and contract manufacturers. It partners with the Founder and senior stakeholders to accelerate priority launches, improve cross-functional delivery, establish practical processes, and provide recommendations before handing over to permanent leadership.

Own the strategy and execution of mid- and lower-funnel paid social creative. Translate performance data into testing priorities, briefs, storytelling, and high-converting video, static, UGC, and founder-led ads. Manage content capture, influencers, UGC creators, budgets, asset libraries, and collaboration with editors and cross-functional teams to scale creative performance and strengthen brand equity.

Manages global public relations for Trinny London and founder Trinny Woodall across the UK, US, Ireland, and Australia. Responsibilities include developing integrated PR strategies, securing earned media, shaping corporate reputation, managing regional agencies, building media and influencer relationships, supporting product campaigns, preparing the founder for media appearances, and leading a PR coordinator.
