Leads daily operations of a multifamily residential community, overseeing leasing, maintenance, resident relations, financial performance, budgeting, compliance, reporting, vendors, capital improvements, and on-site team development. The manager drives occupancy, controls expenses, addresses resident concerns, ensures Fair Housing compliance, and maintains operational standards and positive resident experiences.

Supports daily operations of an on-site residential community, including rent collection, leasing administration, resident relations, lease compliance, file maintenance, audits, advertising tracking, and occupancy goals. The role provides customer service, assists with conflict resolution, collaborates with leasing staff, and supports the Community Manager in maintaining operational and financial performance.

Maintains the cleanliness, safety, landscaping, and curb appeal of residential community grounds, amenities, buildings, parking areas, and common spaces. Responsibilities include trash removal, preparing units for occupancy, apartment and model cleaning, minor maintenance support, troubleshooting mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, reporting repair needs, delivering resident communications, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. The role requires outdoor work, physical labor, and exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions.
